Do’s

»
 Proposed building / development need to be carried out in accordance with plans submitted.
»
 Compliance with guidelines prepared by Ministry of Health, fire, Environment once BLP has been issued.
»
 To inform the Council in written at different stage of construction e.g. construction started, reached, beam level, slabs cast, completed.
»
 To inform the Council once the construction work is completed and building is ready for occupation prior to occupying the building.
»
 Each economic activity should pay the required Municipal fee within a delay of 15 days after the start of business.


Don’ts

»
 Not to discharge water onto the road.
»
 Not to carry out any type of development which includes building unless approval of clearance obtained from the Council.
