“The permits and Business Monitoring Committee (PBMC) meets regularly to consider every application for Building and Land Use Permits and Outline Planning Permission. The PBMC only consider applications which are complete. For incomplete applications, applicants are already informed of the discrepancies within eight days from the date of application.
