Committee Section

The Committee Section is responsible for the recording of all minutes of proceedings of the Council as well as other meetings as deemed necessary.

The section has at its head a Senior Committee Clerk who has to ensure the timely preparation of all minutes of proceedings as well as the preparations of agenda of respective committees for despatch to Councillors and Head of Departments.
