Council/Municipal Council. The LGSC is the sole authority for
appointment in the Municipal Council or District Council. |

exigencies of the Council and is applicable exclusively to
officers holding a substantive appointment except for leave
taken following confinement for Criteria, please consult the
PRB Report Recommendation 17, Section 15.4.73.
