road. The letter shall be addressed to the Chief Executive and
shall clearly describe the location of the road and the reasons
why you want to asphalt the road.You shall submit together with
the letter copies of the title deed and survey plan of your
plot. After the project is approved by the Works Committee,
a notice is subsequently placed on the site for a period of
one month to declare the road public.The works may start when
there is no objection from owners having frontage on the road. |
