|   Registry All correspondences addressed 
                    to the Chief Executive, Head of Departments or the Council 
                    is registered and despatched for actions to the respective 
                    department as deemed appropriate by the Chief Executive.  Outgoing letters to Ministries, 
                    private firms, Socio-Cultural and sports organisations are 
                    also channelled through the Registry. The section is responsible for 
                    the keeping of files, documents as well as for providing information 
                    upon request. Building and Land Use Permits 
                    are also prepared by the section following the approval of 
                    applications at the Business and Permits Monitoring Committee.
