| Development 
                    without Permit Once a permit has been 
                    issued, development should be carried according to the terms 
                    and conditions of the permits and/or the approved plans. The 
                    Town & Country Planning Act, the Building Control Act and Local Government Act 2011 makes 
                    it an offence for carrying out a development without a Building 
                    & Land Use Permit. Legal action may be taken by the Council 
                    against those who contravene the above Acts.
